Green Flourite Butterfly Jar Displays

These five glass jar displays have been made with real rough cut green flourite crystals nestled in a bed of emerald moss. Each jar has a single butterfly resting atop the crystal with a cluster of dry preserved flowers. The jars are closed with a cork top and decorated with a jute rope string tied in a bow. The bows are decorated with metal leaf bows and different colored beads.

This listing is for five separate jars. Price is for one jar. Displays are organized by the color of beads used in the bow. Some displays have been discounted due to small sections of wings missing, as shown in photos. Be sure to browse all photos for multiple angles of each display!

These butterflies were sourced ethically from a butterfly aviary, which is a farm that carefully breeds and selectively releases butterflies and other pollinators into local ecosystems. Butterflies used in these breeding will pass away naturally and their bodies are collected and sold for fund raising. In addition to growing struggling pollinator populations, these programs also often work in collaboration with farmers to help increase local crop yields!
